The location of the property was fantastic. It was in a residential area but still very accessible. the tram stop was nearby, making it easy to explore the city. there were plenty of amenities close by, such as a supermarket and a McDonald’s, making it convenient for any essentials or quick meals.

The mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable, requiring us to purchase mattress toppers for a better sleep. the bathroom areas were poorly maintained, with cracked tiles and mold.

The bathrooms were a real game-changer! I mean, seriously, two bathrooms with showers? Absolutely spoilt for choice! And they even had free toiletries and a washing machine. It was like having my own little spa retreat in the middle of Croydon. Loved it!

Personally, I would have preferred if there were more towels available. But hey, that's just me.

We felt safe with the security cameras and lighting, and the property managers were excellent, providing clear instructions and regular communication. it was a lovely stay and great value for money.

The nearest airport, London Gatwick Airport, was conveniently far enough to not disturb my beauty sleep. The property offered free private parking, which was perfect for my designer car. O2 Academy Brixton being 13 km away was a blessing; I didn't have to endure any noise from concerts.

Oh, what a shame, the towels provided were absolutely luxurious! I mean, who wants soft and fluffy towels when you can have stiff and scratchy ones that exfoliate your skin?
